Have you ever wondered how to pay it forward anonymously? Every day, Dignity Kitchen gives out meals for free to those in need, and they've created an initiative called Pay-It-Forward program where anyone can come, buy a meal for themselves and/or make a donation to buy meals for someone else. This donation goes towards the free meals that beneficiaries receive.

Follow CityJo Carson as he visits Dignity Kitchen to learn more and hear from the organisation and volunteers about how this has enabled them to give back to society.
