Pork Binagoongan Recipe

Ingredients:

1.63 lb Pork Belly
8.8 oz Sautéed Shrimp Paste (Asian Market)
3 medium size Thai chili
7-8 Cloves of Garlic
Half medium size of red onions
Ginger (4 medium slices crushed and tbsp grated)
1/4 C white Vinegar
2-3 C Pork Broth (Use the one you used to boil the pork)
1 medium size tomato
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Whole pepper corn
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
