An event by the Mental Welfare Society heard the rise in the number of young people needing mental health support in Gibraltar has coincided with the increased use of social media.

The panel consisted of a consultant psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist and educationalist-and-therapist; they agreed that parents need to allow children to get bored sometimes and to make mistakes.
