Negative thinking and negative thoughts affect us physiologically and mentally. Here are the 3 things you must master in relation to your negative thinking starting today:
1) Mastery over observing a negative thought. KEY: The less ‘SPIDERWEBBING’ you do the better you’ll get.
2) Mastery over replacing a negative thought. KEY: Catch the thought early (I recommend with an elastic band) and use the word ‘OR.’
3) Mastery over strengthening a negative thought. KEY: Power pose while repeating the thought out loud to bring emotion to it.
