Hole Mbah Suro Sawah Lunto, Historical Tour of the Chain People's Mine Hole in West Sumatra. Hole Mbah Suro is a name taken from the name of the foreman of the chain/forced laborer in the Dutch colonial era. These chain people are criminal prisoners and political prisoners who were brought by the Dutch colonials from the islands of Java and Papua and then sent to the coal mines of Lunto's rice fields, their hands and feet chained. No wonder the city of Sawahlunto is called ethnic diversity. the historical traces museum of chain people/forced mining workers, we can still see in the history gallery of Mbah Suro's hole.
