This is second video of the session with my friend Michael Carvale on Upright Bass. The song is a cover of Blind Willie McTell's Statesboro Blues first recorded in 1928. The song is named after the town of Statesboro, Georgia which McTell considered his hometown.
The song was later recorded by Taj Mahal who inspired Allman Brothers Band to record it as well, and it's the opening track of the legendary live album "At Fillmore East". You can find my cover of Allman Bros. version on my YouTube channel.
The audio was recorded on a Zoom H6 recorder and processed with Logic ProX
