SPICY GARLIC TOFU


Recipe:

1 tbsp oil
100 gms ground pork
1 med shallots
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp spicy bean paste(douban jiang)
1.5 cup water or chicken stocks
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
450 grams firm tofu
chopped spring onions
salt to taste
