Join me live

Welcome to my first video on the power of early morning meditation, prayer, and yoga. In this practice, I’m embracing the hours between 3 AM and 5 AM—a sacred time often called the “hour of the soul.” It’s during this time when the world is still, our minds are clear, and we can truly connect with our higher selves and God.

Waking up at this hour allows us to access a deeper spiritual connection. The Bible says in Mark 1:35, “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed.” This is a time of intentional solitude where we can find clarity, peace, and purpose through prayer.

Incorporating yoga and mindfulness into these early hours also allows us to ground ourselves, release tension, and open our minds to productivity and abundance. Psalm 46:10 reminds us to “Be still, and know that I am God.” This stillness, combined with mindful movement and prayer, helps us cultivate a free mind—one that is not weighed down by the stresses of life, but focused on simplicity, health, and wellness.

By waking up before the demands of the day begin, we create space for reflection, intentional living, and greater productivity. It’s about starting the day with a clear heart and mind, setting the tone for success and abundance in all areas of life—health, wealth, spiritual growth, and personal freedom.

This simple practice encourages a wealth of positivity, not just financially but in our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. As we honor the quiet of the early morning, we align ourselves with simplicity, becoming more aware of what truly matters in life.

Join me as I continue this journey of living simply, embracing health, cultivating a free mind, and increasing productivity through prayer, mindfulness, and movement. This is just the beginning—I’ll be going live soon to share more insights on this powerful practice. Let’s grow together.
