The very first thing we need to take care is our cash flow before even thinking of any investment opportunities.

With too much money sitting in the bank and not doing much is what I call it the cash overflow and you may consider leveraging it for investment such as property.

With the ABSD (additional buyer stamp duty) of 12% for 2nd residential property in Singapore, this deters many from investing in a 2nd one.

Malaysia is one of the closest and developed country (and still developing) where the regulations are in place while the infrastructure is improving rapidly.

An option we can consider is to leverage and invest in Malaysia property; however there are many concerns that most Singaporeans have such as the security risk, the developers credentials, how to sell/rent and the regulations that Malaysia has for properties.

Today, our special guest, Sean Tan (better known as iherng in YouTube) from Malaysia KL will be addressing these issues with you.

Sean is a realtor, developer, landscaper and also a YouTuber who is super passionate to share his experience and knowledge with young property investors to encourage them in getting a foot hold in the real estate market. More importantly, he is keen to educate and share his valuable experience with you.
