Ecco la ricetta per realizzarli!
Ingredienti
200 g di farina 00
150 g di farina di cocco
150 g di zucchero a velo
180 g di burro
2 uova
aroma al cocco
un pizzico di sale

Preparazione:
In una ciotola mescolate le due farine. Aggiungete il burro tagliato a pezzetti, le uova, lo zucchero, l'aroma al cocco ed un pizzico di sale. Lavorate velocemente con le mani fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Avvolgete l'impasto nella pellicola trasparente e lasciatelo riposare in frigorifero un'ora. Stendete l'impasto con il mattarello e ricavate i biscotti con i tagliapasta mini unicorno. Cuocete i biscotti a 160° circa 12 minuti. Lasciateli raffreddare e nel frattempo stendete la pasta di zucchero colorata. Con i tagliapasta utilizzati per i biscotti ritagliate la pasta di zucchero, poi incollatela sul biscotto usando un pennellino inumidito.

150 g of icing sugar
180 g of butter
2 eggs
coconut flavour
a pinch of salt

Preparation:
In a bowl mix the two flours. Add the butter cut into pieces, the eggs, the sugar, the coconut flavoring and a pinch of salt. Work quickly with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out the biscuits with mini unicorn pastry cutters. Cook the biscuits at 160° for about 12 minutes. Let them cool and in the meantime roll out the colored sugar paste. Using the pastry cutters used for biscuits, cut out the sugar paste, then glue it onto the biscuit using a dampened brush.
