INSTRUCTIONS:
- cut a piece of stabilizer and secure it in your embroidery machine hoop
- it's really helpful to use a printed template of your design to help you get it centered.
- Spray the back of the rope coaster with adhesive spray and center on the hooped stabilizer.
- to secure the rope coaster, baste it to the stabilizer using a needle and thread
- load the hoop onto your machine, make any necessary adjustments to center the design, load your thread and begin stitching
- follow your machine's prompts to change thread as appropriate
- be sure to pause your stitching to trim any jump threads
- once the design is finished, unhoop and remove the stabilizer and coaster from the hoop
- remove your basting stitches and trim or tear away the stabilizer from the back of the coaster
- if using water soluble stabilizer, hold the back of the coaster under warm running water and rub to remove the stabilizer
- if using tear away stabilizer, a pair of tweezers will help you to get into any small areas to remove the extra stabilizer
