Kasol is a Hills & Mountains destination. The best time to visit Kasol is March, April, May and June. Since this is the peak season expect a little crowd during this time. July, August and September period experiences moderate weather.

Kasol is famous for its ancient temples and the Bhuntar airport which is importantly a gateway to Kasol. Further out, at a distance of 75 km, there's Kullu, a town known for its beautiful apple orchards, ancient temples and the Great Himalayan National Park.
