This week on Little Wars TV, we remember "The Forgotten War" with a massive 12' long tabletop wargame of the Chosin Reservoir. In November 1950, a stunning Chinese surprise attack hit the 1st Marine Division deep in the snowy mountains of North Korea. Surrounded and heavily outnumbered, the Marines fought their way out the trap and retreated south. But will our Marine players be able to do the same?

We visit the National Museum of the Marine Corps and talk to Deputy Museum Director David Vickers about the history of this iconic moment in Marine Corps history. Then, we fight our wargame in the museum lobby using 10mm Pendraken miniatures. It's a massive, 8-player wargame covering the first week of the Chosin Reservoir at operational scale!

Our thanks to the museum staff for hosting this fantastic event and allowing us to share our love of historical wargaming with the public. Learn more about the National Museum of the Marine Corps and plan your visit here: https://www.usmcmuseum.com/

The miniatures in today's wargames are 10mm scale figures from Pendraken's extensive Korea range. You can find their Korean War miniatures available here: https://www.pendraken.co.uk/korean-wa...

Finally, we want to wish all of our American viewers a happy Memorial Day holiday. It's a day to remember the fallen, not just from Korea, but across every war fought in American history.
