EP DESK, PASIGHAT, 7 OCTOBER:
On 7th of October, a mass procession called Clean Ayeng Green Ayeng was been organized by the Self-Help groups of Ayeng village. Under the Ketir Mo:mir Gokying Mission. This initiative aims to promote Cleanliness and drugs abuse.

Along with the Self-hep groups of Ayeng village, Sibo Passing ADC Mebo, Bompang Tayeng Chairman and Daneil Perme Secratary of Ketir Mo:mir Gokying Mission, also took the initiative and joined the procession.

During the course, Sibo Passing ADC Mebo, appreciated the Ayeng villagers for their initiative, meanwhile Bompang Tayeng also shared some word of wisdom and said, ‘Every individual should plant tree so that our surrounding/village looks green in future’.

Mrs. Kayam Megu Lego President of Village Organization Ayeng, appreciated and thanked all the participants of procession and urged the DC Mebo to kindly pass an order for every individual passing through Ayeng village that no one should throw their waste in Ayeng Village.

Further, Ketir Mo:mir is a plant that stay’s green in every season. So the natives of Ayeng village initiated the mission called Ketir Mo:mir Gokying (KMG Mission), KMG Mission also means a message of ketir Mo:mir, this mission indicates awareness and more plantation of Ketir Mo:mir.
