Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is an extremely popular paneer gravy. This recipe made with crumbled paneer and a blend of spices. It is basically a vegetarian version of the popular egg bhurji recipe made with the same set of spices and ingredients. it is generally served as a side with bread or pav, but also tastes great when served with roti or chapati for lunch and dinner.

Tips:
1. Do not forget to add the besan as it gives a nice thickness to the gravy.
2. Adding generous amount of butter to the bhurji will enhance the flavour.
3. Always add panner either grated or crumbled and do not mash the paneer to much.
