Pretty bad Steel roof install. It's up there in the worst roof ever edition! Got called to look at this metal roof leak for a possible repair. Once I got there to do a quick Inspection it was pretty clear that there were quite a few things done wrong here. Everything from missing apron, wall flashing, screw location, W Valley, missing flashing, and so on, we can learn a little bit from this.
