When a group of friends is being forced to pay for every ride the get from their asshole friend Steve, the second oldest member Bob, must take it upon himself to pass his upcoming drivers test and free everyone from the debt Steve is putting them in. It won't be easy however as Steve is determined to be the only one among the friends with a license and squeeze every last penny out of them. Bob must overcome the tricks and traps Steve has waiting for him on his drivers test if he wants to pass and get his license and stop Steve once and for all.
