It’s the compact Canon PowerShot G11 vs Sony’s only 1.0 type sensor smartphone camera, the Xperia PRO-I. Join me as we review their photos captured throughout various times of the day and lighting conditions. Can the aging Powershot G11 still hang with the Xperia PRO-I’s more modern cameras? Let’s find out!

About 85% of the photos from both cameras were taken handheld and the other 15% on a tripod. They were also exposed to windy conditions and or hot/humid environments. This may have impacted the quality of their photos.
