Veto Pro Pack MB2This is the Veto Pro Pac MB2.
People have been hitting my up about the veto bags for a long long time. I have always shrugged it off as a Domestic product for domestic workers. My thoughts on vinyl tool bags are well known.I was going to pick up a beehive commissioning bag, which is a really good bag but I decided to go with this bag for a few reasons.

I want to give veto a go and see what the hype is about.
Dimensions alone are what got me looking into this bag. I want a small compact bare needs pack out and I don’t need the extra bag.
Accessibility. My only problem with the canvas bag I have run for the last bunch of years is the fact that when it’s full of tools you can’t get to the tool on the bottom easy.I can say holding the bag in my hands I am happy with the construction quality.
The bag feels sturdy and holds its own shape great, If I was using this for meters as its designed I would feel confidence that its protecting them.
Everything about this bag seems on the up and up, but like everything I need to use it for a while to review it because I do not know if its going to fall to bits on me in a week, but there reputation around the place is pretty darn good.

So the first thing will be the screwdrivers.
I take my Wera Interchangeable head set, and I partner it with the one Phillips, on terminal and one voltage tester terminal, the voltage testing terminal normally ends up living in my top pocket.I also run the Kraftform compact and the stubby with the bit set. This also sorts out all my Allen key and torx requirements.

Knipex flat jaw Pliers wrench I only take two sizes of these, I don’t plan on doing a lot with them installing glands or similar so these are basically for getting into to things in place of a adjustable for odd jobs.

Knipex Installation Pliers.
These are a new addition to my toolkit, but I was willing to pay the higher price to get them locally just to make sure I had them for my next trip. These are taking over the place of my normal pliers, My cocky beaks and needle nose. They also function as a crimper and honestly these are a game changer for me and if there is a shining star of this go bag it would be these.
I put these on My leather-man’s level of usability.

Speaking of my Leather-man travels with me, The blade is getting a little dull so I will give it a nice sharpen before a leave. I got this nice leather pouch and this never leaves my side, This essentially is my Go bag in a pouch on the side of my hip. Partner it up with the Terminal in my top pocket and I can open things up and inspect most things without going to fetch tools.

Knipex side cutters.Nothing beats a good pair of side cutters for cutting. These are essentially the only tool the Installation pliers can not replace because you need the cutting edge on the end of the tool in a lot of situations, even for cutting the ends of cable ties or tape… simple applications require the blade on the end.

My Keychain. This is essentially a glove clip with an oversized keyring on it, I stole this off a ladder or something one time.I keep my keys on here and most importantly my panel key for opening up electrical cabinets.I used to get cool ones of these but they get sticky fingered so I stick to el cheapo’s now. Depending on what I am up to this lives on my belt or clipped onto my bag.

Sockets.I break down my sockets into the pencil case. This way I take just the few sizes I need and know I will use. These pencil cases are handy for keeping them organised.Tape measure.

In keeping with the theme of small my tape measure of choice is the Stanly fat max 5 meter. I actually got given this in an old tool subscription box I tried out and its a handy little tape. .I also take of one those $2 two meter tapes. Just as a backup and a get out of jail free card.
These have saved me on trips before.

I also never leave home without my Led Lenser. The led lenser is a awesome little torch, Bright reliable and never lets me down.

Hope you enjoy the video
Thanks for watching.
