00:45 Embryos की Quality
सबसे पहले डाक्टर embryos की जांच करते हैं। अच्छे Embryos transfer करने के बावजूद Concieve नही हो तो embryos की जांच करना जरुरी हो जाता है। इसे में डाक्टर Genetic Causes की जांच करते है। Genetic Testing में दोनो Male और Female Partner की genetic की जांच करते है।

Embryo की भी genetic testing की जाति है जिससे Perimplantion Genetic Testing (PGT-A) कहते हैं। बार बार Ivf Cycle Fail होने के करण यह Testing की सलाह दी जाती है।

अगर Hormonal Test को ज्यादा दीन हुए हो तो Doctor इससे भी दुबारा करने की सलाह देते है तकी कोई चीज़ miss ना हो रही हो यह दिखने के लिए।

अक्सर Endometrial के Infection का इलाज करने के बाद ही IVF cycle शुरू की जाति है। लेकिन कभी यह Infection बढ़ गाया हो या Chronic Endometritis में बदल जाएं तो भी बार बार Implantation Fail हो सकता है।

Immunological Factors के करण भी embryo Implant नही होता। तो Immunological studies में Couple का HLA Test, Natural Killer Cells Test, Antiphospholipid Syndrome Test करवाते हैं। इससे Immunologically गड़बड़ तो नहीं।

03:15 Implantation Window में दिक्कत आना।
जब Implantation होता है ओर डॉक्टर Progestron देते है। जिससे Implantation Window खुल जाती है। और दुसरे Patients में ऐसे अलग अलग Problems हो सकती है।

03:40 DNA Fragmentation Test
DNA Fragmentation Test दुबारा कराया जाता है। तकी यह पता लगाए जाएं के Sperm की Integrity कैसे है।
