Evening Rain - Lawrence Seiji Abbott (Original Improv)

Thanks for listening.

The apparent disgust in mistrust appeals to the emptiness,
It reflects the sentiment of the weight sinking in the gut.
This sense that something's wrong, fearing its internal disorder,
Stirring a storm that seeks to direct this frustration, tearing homes apart.
The family's livelihood wrecked.
Rejecting the life you're born into without an escape,
The deepest form of acceptance comes from a place like this, it seems.
Meanwhile the hanging rotting fruit of my dreams, picked apart by the crows,
Mangled and unfinished, left the rest unwanted though nothing was wrong with it.
Just an apparent disgust with the image afterwards,
No one want's to clean it up.
A vibrant reality of the true feelings within us all.
