Recipe:
1. Tomatoes 5 kg, peeled.
2. Eggplants 3 kg, peeled.
3. Salt 1 tbsp. (taste and adjust to your liking).
4. Sugar 3-4 tbsp. (taste and adjust to your liking).
5. Unscented olive oil 200 ml.
6. Ground black pepper 1 tbsp.
7. Ground coriander 1 tbsp.
8. Rosemary 1 tbsp. not complete.
9. Dried basil 2 tbsp.
If you like it spicier, add red hot pepper to taste!
