1. 6 Cup Apple brand sticky rice (soak for 3 to 4 hours)
2. 3/4 Cup rice water
3. 3 Cup water
4. 2 Pieces Lion Brand rice yeast

*Fermented in room temperature for 48 hours or less in hot weather condition. Or it may take more than 48 hours to ferment the rice wine in the winter months in colder states.
