It's been 10 years since the release of +R and so i wanted to take time and give my thoughts on where I think the cast ranks with a decade of refinement and advancement amongst the cast.

Once again I wanna thank my buddy Samifish ( ‪@SamiNash‬ ) for his help and input and to all of the +R community for keeping the game going and for helping give me great info to work with for this list.

As always tier lists are subjective and this is just my opinion and is meant to be an analytical attempt to assess the overall strength of the cast relative to one another.
