#OTSW is a Street Photography interview series that features interesting Photographers and shows their work in a natural and unforced way by combining an interview with a photowalk. My goal with this series is to give a glimpse into the Photographers thinking process and hopefully give useful insights that can improve your street photography or inspire you to pick up your camera.

This episode features Amsterdam based Street Photographer & Editor Julie Hrudová. She is known for "Chasing Amsterdam", a year long newspaper assignment (and later photobook) where she had to deliver one decent street photo a week. Some might also remember her as the "Heron Lady". Her street photography is delicate, atmospheric and often with effective one liners. She is a member of the Burn My Eye Collective. We spent a Sunday together in Amsterdam talking about her photography, herons, her projects and many more topics.
