Sastojci:
1 kg tvrđih jabuka
300 g secera
800 ml vode
1 limun
1 vanilin šećer
150 g mljevenih oraha
Za dekoraciju sam koristila
1 šlag pjenu
malo mljevenih oraha
Način pripreme se nalazi u videu ;)

Tufahija (Arabic تفاح (tuffàh) - which means apple), is a Bosnian national dessert originating from Persia. She most likely came to Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Ottomans.
Tufahija is a sweet dish made of boiled apples of firmer consistency filled with fine cream of ground walnuts or almonds, sweet cream and sugar decorated with whipped sweet cream and cherries on top. 😍

It is very easy to prepare and tastes amazing. Apples are mostly cooked in standard sugar syrup (agda) , but I am desired to make small changes so I cooked them in caramelized so they taste even nicer 👌👌
Ingredients:
1 kg of hard apples
300 g of sugar
800 ml of water
1 lemon
1 vanilla sugar
150 g of ground walnuts
For decoration I used:
1 whipped cream
a little ground walnuts
The method of preparation is in the video ;)

Zutaten:
1 kg harte Äpfel
300 g Zucker
800 ml Wasser
1 Zitrone
1 Vanillezucker
150 g gemahlene Walnüsse
Ich habe es zur Dekoration benutzt
1 Schlagsahne
ein wenig gemahlene Walnüsse
Die Zubereitungsmethode finden Sie im Video ;)
