This is the first video in our dark sky camping series. Since we are a family of RVers known for shooting landscape astrophotography, we felt it was time to share our trips to all of the places with minimal light pollution we like to visit when camping.
On this particular astrotourism trip, we started at a Bortle 1 park well known for its dark skies: Black Mesa State Park in Oklahoma. This low level of light pollution puts it among the darkest skies in America and the perfect place to see the Milky Way.
