YIELD: 12 Cheesecake Latte Cups

2 tsp hot water
2 tsp coffee

3/4 cups graham crumbs
50g unsalted butter (melted)
350g cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg (room temp)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

60g white chocolate
20g heavy cream
3-4 tbsp almond slices (optional)
