In this talk, we will install Hibou’s Commissions module and address configuration, such as if commissions should be generated based on invoice creation or invoice payment, accounting and employee contract configuration. We will then walk through a common sales order scenario, creating the invoice and generating the commission based on our configuration. We will review the commission that is created, touching on important information that ties the commission to the employee, contract, invoice, and the associated journal entry.
