Abstract: This study investigates Parkinson’s Disease (PD) progression and variability using clinical, genomic, and proteomic data. We validate the importance of flexible data integration for this task and highlight that integration of SNPs and DNAm modalities have potential for use as an early diagnostic tool for individuals with a genetic cause of PD.
