in today's video - I wanted to take the time to reflect on the traditions we can create throughout our lives. Life changes - that is an inevitable part of life but the thing that is so important to hold on to and to uphold no matter what are the traditions we make. sometimes the traditions can change on the exterior appearance of them but it is so important to not let the core of them change. traditions can transport you to a different time of your life and make you remember how those traditions even began. traditions are truly beautiful in that way.
