The Chicago Bears are still in search for a bargain EDGE to add to their roster ahead of training camp for the 2024-2025 NFL Season.

There has been discussion that Yannick Ngakoue could come back to Chicago, or even Emmanuel Ogbah, all for the right price.

But there is a young veteran who knows this Chicago Bears defense already, and that's Rasheem Green.

Green, a 27 year old, 6'4, 279lb EDGE has had opportunities in the NFL and taken advantage of them when given the chance. But, due to being on multiple teams in rebuilds, he's been thrown to the side due to contract situations.

The Chicago Bears still need to sign both Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze ahead of training camp at Halas Hall, where there will be a ton of highlights for that, but the Bears may not have as much left over in salary cap as you may think. They also still are in the rumors to go out and get Connor Williams in free agency, pending a physical.
