新開幕～礁溪跑馬古道公園，前身是明德訓練班，俗稱「明德管訓班」。昔日的陸軍營區，如今已轉變成為礁溪溫泉區最大的公園了。公園晚上還有精彩的光雕展覽—山光脈動夜間劇場。
Newly opened ~ Jiaoxi Paoma Historic Trail Park, formerly known as Mingde Training Center, commonly known as "Mingde Discipline Center". The former army camp area has now been transformed into the largest park in Jiaoxi Hot Springs area. There is also a wonderful light sculpture exhibition in the park at night - The Night Night Theater of Lights from Mountains.

山光脈動夜間劇場 (The Night Night Theater of Lights from Mountains)
常態模式：周一～四18:00～21:00，一共有三種版本循環播放，每場7分鐘。
主燈秀：週五、週日18:00、19:00、20:00，週六18:00、18:30、19:00、19:30、20:00、20:30，每場10分鐘。
Normal mode: Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 21:00, there are three versions of loop playback, each for 7 minutes.
Main light show: Friday, Sunday 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, Saturday 18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 10 minutes each .

【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：搭乘葛瑪蘭客運至礁溪轉運站, 步行約1.5公里 (25~30分鐘) ; 或搭乘火車至礁溪車站, 步行約1公里 (約15~20分鐘)至跑馬古道公園。或搭乘綠11A, 11B至湯圍溝公園站, 再步行約300公尺至跑馬古道公園.
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「礁溪明德訓練班」，即可抵達目的地。北營區（宜5線1K處) 設有停車場 (目前免費) 。
★Public transportation: Take the Kamalan Bus to Jiaoxi Transfer Station and walk for about 1.5 kilometers (25~30 minutes); or take the train to Jiaoxi Station and walk for about 1 kilometers (about 15-20 minutes) to Paoma Historic Trail Park. Or take Green 11A, 11B bus to Tangweigou Park Stop, and then walk about 300 meters to Paoma Historic Trail Park.
★Drive by yourself: Enter "Jiaoxi Mingde Training Center" in Google Maps satellite navigation to reach your destination. There is a parking lot in North Camp (at 1K of Yi 5 Highway) (currently free).
