The build log for my live steam model of Charles the Penrhyn Quarry Railway engine. I have been making new lifting arms and link hangers, a new suspension arm, and 4 new split eccentric straps, 2 new rods, as well as 2 eccentric end plates - to stop the strap falling off the inner eccentrics. I am currently making the left side expansion link, it's getting exciting, it won't be too long before the chassis is running on air ✌
