The city of Sunny Isles Beach, in South Florida, was celebrating their 25 anniversary.

As part of their Celebration of the Isles event, Sunny Isles Beach held a concert with performers from the 90s and early 2000s, one of whom was Ryan Cabrera.

This video features Ryan performing an acoustic version of one of my favorite songs of his, On The Way Down, as well as a mashup of the songs Slide by Goo Goo Dolls, Semi-Charmed Life by Third Eye Blind, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme, Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye, and Sorry by Justin Bieber.
