In this 2-hour Thanksgiving Day Special Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of the Mongols M.C., Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave. Lil' Dave has been accused of being a Confidential Informant aka a "Rat" stemming from a video released by his scorned wife. His wife released the video of Lil' Dave in an attempt to end his career as a 1%er, a life of infidelity, drugs and a fast lane lifestyle. Instead of keeping the video internal club business, certain Club Brothers released the video to an online biker platform to defame and dethrone Lil' Dave. A perfect storm involving a greedy attorney and a disloyal power-hungry group within Lil' Dave's organization found a good man fighting for his reputation. A motion was filed in Federal Court triggering a hearing to overturn a previous trial involving the Mongols M.C. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the “RICO Act” or simply “RICO” case alleging that Lil' Dave had infiltrated the defense camp and was providing intel to Special Agent John Ciccone of the ATF. The move backfired as the 8-day trial, that took 8 months to conclude called on witnesses from several law enforcement agencies all which under oath declared that Lil' Dave was not a CI, UCI, Cooperator, etc. In a world where paperwork is EVERYTHING it is as clear as day that Lil' Dave was never a "Rat". On the contrary Lil' Dave played it cool with ATF Agent, John Ciccone and kept additional heat off the club by not being a prick and showing decency and respect toward the agent, and only doing so in the presence of Brothers and Club Attorneys. Lil' Dave NEVER wanted to come on any platforms to discuss this issue and this will be his last and final media appearance regarding this matter. Everything he discusses in this segment is public record and has either been discussed in public court documents or in published books. Lil' Dave continues to Love his good Club Brothers and wants nothing but the best for his former club that he helped build and lead for years. Sadly, a good man has been dragged through the mud, but the truth will always prevail.
