The final installment of a three-part series created for the Johnstown Flood Centennial in 1989 by WJAC-TV, this documentary reviews Johnstown, Pennsylvania from the war years in the 1940s through the changing economic climates of the 60's, 70's, and 80's as the steel industry slowly shut down throughout the Conemaugh Valley. Also profiled is the Johnstown Flood of July of 1977.
