Muslim and Military! In this Vegan What I Eat in a Day video, I will share my experience fasting for Ramadan 2019 as an American Muslim Convert and Army Brat. I share what I eat for suhoor (the meal we eat before starting our fast at sunrise) and what I eat for iftar (the meal we eat at sunset to break our fast).
I also share a snippet of my journey to this lifestyle and why I think there are no more excuses for Islamaphobia....and this comment is coming from an American Army Brat with a ton of American veteran family members who also have no problem with Muslims.
