Day 4 of the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships 2024 complete, and we had the shock of the week in the Men's 100m Butterfly with Joe Litchfield securing his place on the Paris team courtesy of the 4x100m Medley Relay, over favourites Jacob Peters and James Guy.

The women's 200m Backstroke Final provided a new star in Honey Osrin, who secured her Olympic selection with Katie Shanahan also hitting her consideration standard.

As well as, Duncan Scott and Tom Dean doing battle again in the 200m IM, where they will be looking to follow up recent World Championship success.
