In this weeks video I do a unboxing/assembly on the 59" Stainless Steel Propane/Charcoal Spit Rotisserie made by Smoke Daddy Inc! First things first.... this is a new kind of cooker for me and I am super excited to get to using it. I mean I have several other rotisserie attachments for my pellet and charcoal grills but none of them even come close in size to this! With the rotisserie basket attachment I think I can easily do 16-24 pork butts at once and the ability to use propane or charcoal is a huge advantage! The entire process of putting this together took me approximately 4 hours but if you have an extra set of hands it would streamline the process for sure! This grill is an absolute tank and this is for sure the biggest grill i've even owned!
