Making nutella-anything is so easy. Since Nutella itself is so delicious- you don't need to add anything else! This macaron recipe is just like any other baking recipe that calls for nutella; you just need nutella to make it taste great.
*Before you begin
-Sift your dry ingredients 2times
-Leave butter and egg to room temperature.
Everybody makes macarons differently. It seems to be different because everyone's oven is different. Here's how I make them.
*I use room temperature eggwhites.
*I slowly whip my meringue, taking up to 10 min so the meringue is very stiff.
*The meringue is whippped in slow speed for 2 minutes to get rid of big air pockets.
*I macaronage my batter slightly less than what is usually shown in other videos.
*I take my time drying the shells; they are dry to the touch and will form a thin crust on the side.
*I pre-heat my oven to 160c and bake the shells at 150c.
Makes 16-18 macarons
Macaron shells:
Almond meal 84g
Icing sugar 84g
Egg whites 70g
Sugar 70g
+additional cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Yolks 40g
Sugar 35g
Milk 45g
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Butter 120g
Nutella 50g
+Additional Nutella
