Join the Real Property Law Section for this exciting seminar on unlawful detainer trials, and what to expect in the courtroom whether you are representing the landlord or the tenant. This seminar will highlight common mistakes made on unlawful detainer complaints and tenant notices, affirmative defenses asserted by tenants, and the steps necessary to prove the landlord’s case at trial. Learn from experienced landlord and tenant attorneys through a live mock trial demonstration of the courtroom process and receive helpful handouts which will assist attorneys of all experience levels in representing a client in an unlawful detainer case.

This seminar will also include a discussion on new legislation and proposed legislation and how that will impact this area of law. Registration and networking mixer begins at 5 p.m. including refreshments and light appetizers.
