Scotts Bluff National Monument is located in Western Nebraska. My daughter and I spend a half day there in August of 2017. We did some walking on the Oregon Trail and then hiked the Saddle Rock Trail that went along the bluffs which descended from the high grounds to the base of the monument. Beautiful place!
