Ters Yüz PƎRⱯ, kendini, hem giderek birbirine bağlanan hem de parçalanan bir dünyada (kültürel) kurumların rolünü keşfetmek için ortaklaşa bir pratiği benimseyen bir kurum olarak öneriyor.

Yerel, kâr amacı gütmeyen sanat mekânlarına odaklanan ve kamusal programına kültür-sanat çalışanlarını ve ziyaretçileri de dahil eden sergi, Ters Yüz PƎRⱯ: Mekânlar ve Metinlerde Denemeler alternatif değerler üzerine düşünüyor, değerlendirmeler yapıyor.
