Ingredients
6 russet potatoes sliced thin
2 lbs of ground turkey or you can use beef or chicken
1 onion diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
2 cups milk or half and half
Cheese
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Season to taste

Directions
Add meat to skillet along with onions and garlic sauté until it’s no longer pink. While the meat is cooking and your cream of chicken and cream of mushroom to a bowl with twi cups of milk mix and sit aside. Once meat is ready drain and and your sliced potatoes down in your casserole dish followed by your meat cream sauce and cheese and repeat ending with cheese on top cover with foil and bake 350° till potatoes are tender 55-60. uncover last 15 minutes to let cheese get brown let sit about 10-15 minutes before serving Thanks for watching 🥰 Blessings
