In this part, we discuss the first root cause of the issues and problems in Pakistan's economy: the trust deficit. We discuss the consequences of low trust in Government, Institutions and overall society on the economy. We talk about policy inconsistency and discuss Why Transparency and Openness are essential for building trust. We give the government useful suggestions to build trust in the people through empowerment, openness and transparency. We discuss Hazrat Umar RA's governance model in this light.
