It's safe to say that prior to last year, Irish circuit racing was in decline. With low spectator numbers, dwindling grids and the future of the sport in question, the Digital Motorsports Irish Championship Circuit Racing (ICCR) series was born, as we set out to bring about a new golden-era of Irish Circuit Racing.

Thankfully, in 2021, we achieved just that as we helped bring about the start of the renaissance of circuit racing in Ireland. Our 5 race weekends saw 100s of competitors and 1,000s of fans of all ages flock to Mondello Park once again. The buzz was back!

Now, in 2022, we’re going even bigger and better than ever before. Welcome, one and all, to the 2022 Digital Motorsport Irish Championship Circuit Racing (ICCR) season:

- First Test Day - March 5th, 2022
- Final Test Day - April 2nd, 2022
- Round 1 - April 9th & 10th, 2022
- Round 2 - June 11th & 12th, 2022
- Round 3 - July 16th & 17th, 2022
- Round 4 - September 10th & 11th, 2022
- Round 5 - October 1st & 2nd, 2022

With 5 huge motorsport events locked in for the year ahead and more competitors and bigger grids than ever before bringing with them the fiercest competition seen in decades on Irish shores, ICCR 2022 is already shaping up to be something special!

Expect fireworks when we kick off proceedings in Mondello Park this April, but the final question on everyone’s minds is, can anyone take down the champions of last season, or will they prove too strong once again? It’s almost time to find out ...
