Walking in Bamyan I noticed Women are seen much more here than rest of Afghanistan and also most of the people here (Hazara Tribes) speak English fluently. Taliban is seen very rarely in the city and I was also told that Hazara tribes people are not liked much by Pathans or Pashtuns.
