RAFFAELLO chocolate cake š° WITH SUBTITLES.
Ingredients:
Almond sponge cake:
5 eggs
125g sugar
90g flour
30g of almond powder
A pinch of salt
White chocolate coconut whipped ganache:
170g white chocolate
50g grated coconut
100 + 400ml of whipping cream
50g grated coconut
To soak the sponge cake:
250ml of coconut milk
For the decoration:
150g grated coconut
