USCE(United States Clinical Experience) aka. Clinical Rotations in the US are a very important part of matching in the USMLE Journey. Carefully Researching and Selecting Electives specific to you is a very important step to match in your dream residency as an IMG. Keep in mind that a lot of good electives require a USMLE Step 1 score. So It's a good idea to give it first and then apply for electives.
